DogCare - Pet Health ('DogCare', 'we', 'our') provides pet health tracking, AI-based breed recognition, photo storage, subscriptions, and multi-user collaboration. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect user data in compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements. Age Rating: 4+.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account Information (Apple, Google, Email login identifiers)
• Contact Data (email, username)
• Pet Data (pet name, breed, age, weight, medical and vaccination records)
• User-Generated Content (pet photos, notes, files)
• AI Processing Inputs (photos for breed recognition)
• Subscription & Purchase Data (RevenueCat / IAP receipts, subscription status)
• Device & Usage Data (IP address, device type, app interactions)
• Diagnostic Data (Firebase Crashlytics)
• Analytics Data (Firebase Analytics)
• Collaboration Data (shared pet access logs, invited users)

2. How We Use Data

To provide app functionality, manage accounts, deliver reminders, enable AI breed recognition, process subscriptions, improve performance, detect fraud, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Photo Processing

Pet photos may be processed using AI to identify pet breeds and enhance health insights. Images are not used for advertising profiling and users may delete photos at any time.

4. Multi‑User Collaboration

Users may invite family members, veterinarians, or external collaborators to access pet profiles. Access permissions are controlled by the account owner and can be revoked at any time.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

We process in‑app purchases via Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not store full payment card details. Purchase records are used to validate subscriptions and entitlements.

6. Third‑Party Services

We use Firebase (Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics, Storage), Apple Sign‑In, Google Sign‑In, and RevenueCat. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers, legal authorities when required, or with user consent.

8. Data Security

We apply encryption, secure cloud storage, access controls, and monitoring to protect user data.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Users may delete their account and all associated data through the App Settings or by emailing yy@yynomad.com. Deleted data is permanently removed within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Children's Privacy (Age Rating 4+)

DogCare is not intended to collect personal data from children under 13. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately upon request.

11. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their data, and withdraw consent where applicable.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this policy and notify users via in‑app notices or email. Continued use implies acceptance.
